Through the booking request form we collect only the following:

• Identity: your first name and surname
• Contact details: your phone number and email address
• Request details: your check-in and check-out dates, the number of adults and children (and children’s ages, if given), your preferred room type or residence, your company name if any, and your note
• Transaction security: the date and time the request was sent, the page language, the version of this notice that was shown and the IP address the request came from

Please do not write information about your health, religious beliefs or other special categories of personal data in the note field. If you have a need such as an accessible room, you can tell us by phone.

Your personal data are processed only to receive and assess your booking request, to contact you about availability, rates and terms, to plan your stay if your request is accepted, to keep a record of the request and to prevent misuse of the website (for example, large numbers of automated requests from the same address).

Your data are not used for marketing, profiling, advertising or automated decision-making.

Your personal data are collected electronically and by automated means through the booking request form on the website. If you contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email, the information you share is received through those channels.

Identity, contact and request details are processed under Article 5(2)(c) of the Law, because processing is directly related to the formation or performance of a contract. Transaction security data are processed under Article 5(2)(f), on the basis of the data controller’s legitimate interest. Your explicit consent is not required for processing on these grounds.

Your request record is stored on the server that hosts the website and can be viewed only by authorised hotel staff. Your personal data are transferred to the hosting provider only to the extent necessary to provide the service and are not otherwise shared with third parties. The hosting provider’s name and the country where the server is located are to be completed by the hotel.

Information may be provided to public authorities where they are legally entitled to request it, to the extent required by law. If you choose to write to us on WhatsApp, your conversation is also subject to WhatsApp’s own terms.

This website does not use analytics tools or advertising scripts. The map on the location page does not load unless you choose to open it.

Records are kept for as long as needed to deal with your request and for the retention and limitation periods set by the applicable legislation, after which they are deleted, destroyed or anonymised. Exact retention periods are to be completed by the hotel.

This notice covers only the booking request form on the website. Identity information collected at check-in under the Identity Notification Law No. 1774 is a separate processing activity, and you are informed about it at reception.

By applying to the data controller, you have the right to:

• learn whether your personal data are processed,
• request information about the processing if your data have been processed,
• learn the purpose of the processing and whether your data are used in line with that purpose,
• know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom your data are transferred,
• request correction of your data if they are incomplete or inaccurate,
• request deletion or destruction of your data under the conditions in Article 7 of the Law,
• request that any correction, deletion or destruction be notified to the third parties to whom your data were transferred,
• object to a result against you arising from analysis of your data exclusively by automated systems,
• claim compensation if you suffer damage because your data were processed unlawfully.

The registered electronic mail (KEP) address is to be completed by the hotel. Applications are concluded free of charge within thirty days at the latest, in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles for Applications to the Data Controller; if the process involves an additional cost, the fee set by the Personal Data Protection Board may be charged.
