How it works
The process runs in four steps.
- Step 1
Tell us the type of event, the date and the approximate number of guests.
- Step 2
The hotel checks the hall and the date, and lets you know about availability and the hall layout.
- Step 3
Menu, catering and technical needs are discussed; the price depends on the date, the number of guests and the options chosen.
- Step 4
The date, times and number of guests are confirmed in writing. If your guests need rooms, include that in the same request.
